Our very own Travis Joyner, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach for ECS, swept the Advanced Submission Wrestling Division in the 2011 Texas Police Games to take home a gold medal. All wins were by submission.
The Texas Police Games first began in Dallas back in 1977 and had over 250 participants. Today, the games boast over 1200 competitors and are hosted throughout the state. There are over 25 different areas to compete in including Tactical Shooting, Karate, Archery, Mountain Biking, and Soccer to name just a few.
